| DP Enterprises was set up by Mr. Pushkar G Ghate & Mr. Deepak R Pandya, both Engineers by profession, in August 1990 with the objective of providing telecom & IT associated solutions to business users. |

| B.E. Electrical (Microprocessors) from Gujarat
University, Ahmedabad in July 1984. Initial stint with the Physical Research Laboratory
(PRL), Ahmedabad as Development Engineer in a project funded by UNDP/ DoE for designing
automation systems for use in various sectors of Indian Industry. The work
included hardware development and software system design based on the comtemporary digital products
available at the time. Handled complete system software development at code level
using microprocessor Assembly language programming as well as in 'C'. In August 1986, moved to Blue Star Ltd in the new EPABX project for Technology Absorption and Transfer of large PCM based digital EPABX systems from 500 lines to 3000 lines which was in collaboration with Jeumont-Schneider, France. Business visit to JS, France for Professional Product Training. Later, as a Product Expert for TDM/PCM systems for assisting the sales team in managing Key Accounts. Worked with Blue Star Ltd. till August 1990 to launch this venture. |

Baroda in February 1986. First stint with Blue Star Ltd as a Product Engineer for the
company's new project for the manufacturing of digital EPABX systems in technical collaboration with Jeumont-Schneider of France. Being member of the core team at Blue Star Ltd , handled the important responsibility of technology absorption and transfer for assisting manufacturing team to turn out EPABXs suited for operation in P&T network as per the required specifications. Later, as a product expert for TDM/PAM technology based systems of capacity below 200 lines. Last one year at Blue Star Ltd was devoted for System Designing, Development Co-ordination & assisting the Implementation for an in-house application for integrating various functions of the organisation - manufacturing, procurement, planning, sales forcast, deliveries and man-power resource planning. This System was specifically desgined for the EPABX product. |
